Readability Toolkit

One of the Group Health researchers presented on the detailed formative research approach they took to develop the PRISM readability toolkit that you can find here:

Page 37 of the kit has a list alternative wording suggestions.

Two suggestions that caught my attention were to:

• Format text so that it looks easy to read
• Read text out loud
