Attached are my notes from the session on Wednesday at 1:15pm from Track III.
The major take aways for me are that their research showed that the key message they thought they were going to use didn't resonate with their target audience, how they selected their pilot cities based on the various types of environments they offered related to their issue, and the thoughtful application of various approaches to meet the different needs smokers identified.
